This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822722R1019 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and its supplements. Solicitation was issued September 12, 2022 as a 100% small business set-aside an amendment to the solicitation is being made to change the set aside to an other than full and open competition set-aside. This is an announcement filed under NAICS code(s) 334519 and Product Service Code DA10, 7H20 and 5998. The Government anticipates this being a Sole Source Award to MTS Systems Corporation, this requirement will furnish an MTS Material Computer Software and Installation for the 582nd Missile Maintenance Group at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The basic period of performance will span from date of award through twelve (12) months after receipt of offer, withvfour (4) option years. ** Please refer to document "10193_RFQ_Material Test System_Software Amended 07 Nov 2022" for the anticipated CLIN structure upon award. ** - All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. - All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve the Period of Performance (12 months ARO), as well as the additional four (4) option years. If this Period of Performance is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, performance within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to Performance Work Statement dated 23 August 2022 must be identified in quote.
