This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822721R9363 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and its supplements. The Government anticipates this acquisition to be a Sole Source to Hydraulic Controls, Inc (CAGE 25299). See justification attached to this solicitation. This announcement is filed under NAICS code 336413 with small business size standard of 1250 employees and Product Supply Code 3655. This acquisition calls for the contractor to furnish three hydraulic cylinders for use in jack assembly testing. The units provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached product description. The anticipated CLIN structure of the resulting award will reflect: CLIN Service: QTY 0001 Altas brand Hydraulic Cylinder 3 Each Part Number: 1HCU0000250831 • All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. • All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 40 days after receipt of contract. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, delivery within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to Product Description dated 23 September 2021 must be identified in the quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. **The due date for all proposals is Friday, 08 October 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Thursday, 30 September 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
