This is a notice of intent to solicit and synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 15.201(c), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested upon formal solicitation and no response to this action is required. Synopsis ID FA822721Q8376, as well as its resulting solicitation, is issued and will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and its supplements. This will be a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 336419 with small business size standard of 1,000 Employees and Product Service Code 1450. This acquisition will provide 2 D5 Static Fire Test Equipment Assemblies and will conform to the specifications established in the Statement of Work dated 16 September 2020 and in accordance with the Government provided drawings. **Please refer to attachment "8376_Synopsis_D5 Static Fire Test Equipment" for the anticipated CLIN structure for this acquisition. -All CLINs are anticipated to be established on a firm fixed price basis. -Any deviations should be clearly specified in the notice response. -All proposals should indicate if the vendor can achieve the 120-day installation suspense date. -Responding vendors must specify any warranty conditions and parameters with their responses. -Responding vendors must complete the DD2345 non-disclosure form before the Government will grant access to the associated drawings. Responding vendors will submit a completed copy of the Blank DD2345 form provided in the formal RFQ to william.weiss.1@us.af.mil, after which the vendor will be supplied the drawings via a secure, third party link. **The closing date for this synopsis is 24 November 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.** All questions regarding this synopsis and its resulting RFQ should be submitted by 24 November 2020 to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
