Interested parties, including small businesses under NAICS 332721 (500-employee size standard), are asked to submit capability summaries, business size status, teaming arrangements, and examples of similar government/commercial work from the past three years. Responses will help determine whether the eventual procurement can be competitive or set aside for small businesses, but this notice does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
