5 January 2023 - Update - Providing Industry Day Q&As. (See attachments) - Interested sources may provide sources sought information up to 19 January 2023. Initial Notice 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to conduct market research and to hold an industry day, which will assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 236220, which has a size standard in millions of dollars as $39.5. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. 1.2 Scope of Requirement 1 each PPMRB (Prefabricated Panelized Modular Relocatable Building) used as Temporary Aircraft Maintenance Structure (TAMS) Modularity- Structure shall be designed for Rapid Deployment capability Turnkey infrastructure for aircraft maintenance 1 each PPMRB used as shelter for Bead Blast Booth Bead Blast Booth Bead Blast Booth shall have a rectangular footprint with an approximate size of 85 feet x 100 feet. Bead Blast Booth shall be able to accommodate both A-10 and F-16 aircrafts and have a minimum of 10 feet of clearance from all sides (front, back, wings, and above tail). A-10 aircraft dimensions are 58’W x 54’L x 15’H and F-16 are 33’W x 50’L x 17’H. The Government’s “Questions to Industry” document. Due 2 Nov 2022. b. The “Site Visit Details” document to attend the Industry Day. Due 4 Nov 2022 by 12PM MT. See the attached documents for further details. 1.3 Responses to this notice cannot be considered an offer and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice.
