The Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, intends to award a single Firm Fixed-Priced IDIQ contract, set aside for small businesses, for comprehensive management and supply of aircraft coatings and sealants. The contractor must source, store, and deliver coatings and sealants, including urgent orders within four hours, maintain at least 85% shelf life on delivery, handle specialized materials such as Premixed Frozen Material at -80F, and provide ITAR-compliant lock-and-key storage with chain of custody for FMS-3600. The requirement also includes technical assistance with responses within one business day, on-site support during monthly visits, quality audit reporting, and a secure web-based ordering and tracking system with real-time lead-time and minimum stock visibility. The contract is anticipated to include an 8-month ramp-up to full performance readiness, a 5-year ordering period, and a 6-month delivery allowance, for a total period of performance of 6 years and 2 months. Interested contractors must be CMMC Level 2 self-certified, and the government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents best value.
