The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for bid or quotes and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. On or about 22 June 2023 the Ogden Air Logistics Complex intends to issue a competitive solicitation for firm-fixed price services to support the operation of the hazardous materials pour down facility (HAZMAT PDF) at Hill Air Force Base. The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. Biddors will be required to quote a one (1) year base-period and four (4) additonal 1-year options for the provision of all associated management, labor and equipment necessary to minimize HAZMAT usage while ordering, receiving, handling, transporting, distributing, and disposing of HAZMAT in accordance with environmental regulations and Air Force Instructions.
