The 309 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) has a need for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide septic pumping services to temporary portable trailers and airframes in preparation of maintenance and repair and aircraft in transit. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, personal protective gear, and labor required to drain, flush, clean, and prepare for freezing temperatures, the designated reservoirs and dispose of waste materials, in accordance with the procedures outline in the performance work statement (PWS). The company shall own hose and attachment fittings to connect to US Air Force and US Navy C-130 aircraft (part number M2651-133-11). Contractor shall have the capability to respond within 24 hours for standard call-outs and within 2 hours for emergency call-outs. The proposed BPA will have a five (5) year ordering period.
