This acquisition is for professional advisory and assistance services (A&AS). The offeror shall provide one personnel meeting all of the minimum qualifications and requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), capable of guiding/leading a team with facilitation of a two day strategic summit to develop the 20-year vision, mission and objectives for the Complex at Hill Air Force Base. After the strategic summit the personnel shall provide guidance and training to turn the strategic goals and objectives into operational/tactical level of execution tasks and train a team for future strategic facilitation.
