This is a Request for Quote for commercial service to provide the one-time repair of seven (7) signal generators for the 523rd Electronics Maintenance Squadron at Hill AFB, UT. This acquisition IS a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation number FA8224-20-R-8217 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01 and its supplements. This acquisition IS a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 811219 with small business size standard of $22M and Product Service Code J061. The contractor shall repair each signal generator, bringing them to a fully functional, calibrated state in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer standards. If the contractor is unable to complete a repair on a particular item, then the contractor shall provide a new or refurbished unit to the government. The refurbished unit must be of the same manufacturer, the same model, and with equal options. See attached Performance Work Statement for expanded basic services to be performed. All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis and will be separate deliverables.
