This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822420R8187 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and its supplements. The Government anticipates this acquisition to be a Sole Source to Pacific Consolidated, Inc. See justification attached to this solicitation. This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 336413 with small business size standard of 1250 employees and Product Supply Code 3655. This acquisition calls for the contractor to furnish a trailer-mounted purge cart for use with multiple aircrafts. The unit provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached product description. All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 18 weeks after receipt of contract. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, delivery within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to Product Description dated 20 May 2020 must be identified in quote.
