Hill Air Force Base, AFSC OL_H/PZIMC, is issuing the following Request for Proposal for the acquisition of Engineering and Computer Science skills to support the Automated Solutions for Integration, Simulation, and Test (ASIST) team in its mission to support/develop weapons system support software. The purpose of this contract is to provide expertise in writing and maintaining the Operational Test Program (OTP) software that runs on the Portable Automated Test System (PATS) hardware. Also, it will develop testing tools needed by other projects and organizations (e.g. MMXG- MLT Munitions Lift Trailer, 516th Control Monitor Procedures Trainer (CMP-T), Common Munitions BIT/Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE)). This contract is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 541511 with a size standard of $30 Million. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ with a five year ordering period. All proposals are due on October 2, 2020 at 4:00 PM MST.
