The 4 Nov 2020 Notice of Synopsis is hereby updated to notify potential offerors foreign participation is not permitted. 29 Dec 2020 Update The purpose of the FA8224-20-R-0015 29 Dec 2020 update is to post an updated Draft RFP Q and A and to notify potential offerors of changes made to the Draft RFP. The following changes were made to the Draft RFP since the 8 Dec 2020 update. The Draft RFP Q and A 29 Dec 2020 is posted and Questions 82 through 86 have been added. The Q and A #85 includes information on the estimated date of release of the RFP. The Q and A #86 identifies FA8224-21-R-0005 Hill AFB Point of Use (POU) Consumables will be the solicitation number used for the RFP. The Draft RFP Attachment 1 SOW 29 Dec 2020 is posted. Beta.SAM.gov replaced FBO.gov. and FBO.gov is not longer used for posting of contract opportunities. DESCRIPTION Provide over 2,200 Consumable supplies and shop operating material in accordance with items maintained on the Appendix C Market Basket list. Contractor maintains ownership of materials until vended by the Government. Contractor warehouses inventory until stocked into Government owned POU machines. Items must meet Occupational Safety & Health Administration standards, Military Specifications, Technical Order requirements, and be Trade American Act compliant. Contractor is required to provide Bulk Orders at discounted price. Number of government owned POU machines includes 200 plus machines with locations in 10 plus buildings across Hill AFB, 10 plus machine locations at 309th Aircraft Maintenance and Regeneration Group AMARG, Davis Monthan AFB and various number of machine locations at Randolph AFB, San Antonio, Texas, 1 machine location at Utah Test and Training Range UTTR. Other GSU locations include Vandenberg AFB, Malmstrom AFB, Minot AFB, FE Warren AFB.
