Provide all services, materials, and equipment services sufficient to relocate two sets of Generation 2 C-130 maintenance stands from Lot 2 of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) storage area at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah to the Base Operations and Readiness Area, (BORTA) for long term storage. The contractor shall unwrap, inventory, move, and re-wrap the four stands as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
