This is a solicitation for the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanics effort which includes providing inspection, maintenance and handling support for Ground Support Equipment Mechanic(s) (GSEM) to the 575 AMXS, Joint-Base San Antonio-Randolph (JBSA-Randolph) Air Force Base (AFB), in support of the T-38 workload. The contractor shall supply skilled labor in support of production operations for depot maintenance IAW the Minimum Team Compliment (MTC) as shown in Table 2.3 of the attached PWS. This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. Please review all documents attached. The purpose of the intended effort is to provide inspection, maintenance, and handling support for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the 575 AMXS, Joint-Base San Antonio- Randolph (JBSA-Randolph) Air Force Base (AFB), in support of the T-38 workload. The contractor shall supply skilled labor in support of production operations for depot maintenance. This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. The proposed contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract with a one (1) year base and four (4) one year option periods. Anticipated CLIN structure: CLIN 0001 Ground Support Equipment Mechanic Supervisor CLIN 0002 Ground Support Equipment Mechanic Lead CLIN 0003 Ground Support Equipment Mechanic (6) CLIN 0004 Over & Above Lead CLIN 0005 Over & Above Mechanic(s) The issuance date on SAM.gov for the solicitation is projected to be on/about 24 July 2025.
