This requirement is to procure a total of sixty-eight (68) pieces, which is thirty-four (34) sets of X202306209 Rev D drawing configuration T-38 A/B Seat Stand Adapter assemblies to be fabricated/manufactured and delivered to building 241 at Randolph AFB, TX. The T-38 A/B Seat Stand Adapter assemblies are used in conjunction with a T-38 MB Egress Seat Stand to hold the T-38A ejection seat in accordance with Technical Order 1T-38C-2-13 Section 3.2.9.1.p during aircraft repair as part of the TRIM program at Randolph Air Force Base (RAFB). See the Product Description and drawings for more information about the items to be procured. Anticipated CLIN structure This effort will be a Firm Fixed Price commercial supply contract. The expected CLIN structure is as follows: CLIN 0001 T-38 MB Egress Seat Stand Adapter Upper QTY 34, drawing X202306209-101 REV D, shall be delivered no later than two (2) months from award. CLIN 0002 T-38 MB Egress Seat Stand Adapter Lower QTY 34, drawing X202306209-102 REV D, shall be delivered no later than two (2) months from award. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 17 April 2025. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The Product Description is attached, drawings will be attached with the solicitation. The drawings are export controlled, to obtain the drawings, an approved defense form 2345 will be required. 2345 approvals are accomplished through https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
