The F-22 depot facility at Hill AFB, UT has an immediate need to acquire five (5) new and improved tier 2 racks. These racks are used to store and provide a work location for flight control surfaces that are removed from the F-22 during maintenance operations. The F-22 depot also has an immediate need to acquire four (4) new horizontal stabilator dollies to replace old and worn units currently in use. These dollies are used to transport the F-22 horizontal stabilators to other areas during maintenance operations. Anticipated CLIN structure This effort will be a Firm Fixed Price commercial supply contract. The expected CLIN structure is as follows: CLIN 0001 Tier 2 Rack Prototype QTY 1, 150 days after contract award (PCA accomplished by 120 days) CLIN 0002 Horizontal Stabilator Dollies( left hand, right hand) QTY 2, 150 days after contract award (PCA accomplished by 120 days) CLIN 0003 Tier 2 Racks QTY 4 every 45 days per Rack (after prototype is approved) CLIN 0004 Horizontal Stabilator Dollies ( left hand, right hand) QTY 2 90 DAYS after Initial Dolly set is accepted The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 5 September 2024. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The SOW is attached, drawings will be attached with the solicitation. The drawings are export controlled, to obtain the drawings, an approved defense form 2345 will be required. One can be requested through https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/.
