SOURCES SOUGHT SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Solicitation Number: Notice Type: FA8224-23-MABSM Implementation Sources Sought Synopsis: Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. 2. Program Details: The Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) requires support to provide on-site project management, analytical, sustainment, and technical services for the Maintenance Business System Modernization (MABSM), comprised of Impresa and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) in support of multiple 309th Maintenance Groups and Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). The contractor shall plan, organize, direct, schedule and control all resources, processes, activities, and tasks to accomplish the requirements of the PWS. Please see attached PWS for more information. 3. Instructions: The Government requests interested parties provide the following information (please limit your response to no more than 4 pages): a. The due date for the market survey will remain at May 12, 2023. This date will not be extended. f. You are encouraged to provide any documentation to support your business’s capability in meeting the requirements. Failure to provide this type of documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your business’s capabilities to support the MABSM/MRO applications. g.
