This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Air Force WILL NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. This effort will require the design, purchase, and installation of major pieces of equipment as well as some building repair. The Government’s initial focus is to identify interested companies who possess the capability, experience, and capacity to design and install an aircraft electronics (avionics) cooling air system to supply cooling air to the aircraft. Please see attachment for additional details and questions for which responses are requested.
