The Contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, parts, materials, travel, and equipment necessary to perform inspections, maintenance, calibrations, and repairs of two (2) HP manufactured PageWide XL 4600 printers (RS312G#BCB) to original manufacturer specification operational functionality in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). These services shall be performed at Hill Air Force Base, IT. This will be a one year base contract with 4 (one) year options, making the total Period of Performance five (5) years. ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY FULLY CERTIFIED HP-AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS AND SHALL USE ONLY HP MANUFACTURED PARTS. VENDORS MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF HP CERTIFICATION FOR THEIR TECHNICIANS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
