For a performance period of ONE YEAR, the Contractor shall provide a services agreement to include management, technical expertise, necessary labor, tools, parts, materials, travel and equipment necessary to perform inspections, maintenance, calibrations and repairs of two (2) HP manufactured PageWide XL 4600 printers (RS312G#BCB) to HP’s original specifications and operational functionality. The printers are located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Specific requirments and vendor qualifications are detailed in the attached: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document; and the Instructions and Evaluation Factors document. ADDED 04/04/2023: Printer 1 is an HP PageWide XL 4600, Serial Number SG8CBC9007. Printer 2 is an HP PageWide XL 4600, Serial Number SG8BFC9010. MODIFIED 05/01/2023 Period of performance effectively changed to "one year" from "one year, plus two option years". ***
