This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The RAPID Innovation Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah requires the purchase of one (1) brand name FX20 Continuous Fiber 3D Printer and its associated equipment. The FX20 Printer is the only 3D Printer currently available that has the ability to embed continuous strands of 3D printed parts. This will then be used to produce rapid prototypes, fit checks, tools, and fixtures for use on aircraft and/or weapons systems to support depot operations. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. 2. Program Details: The purpose of this requirement is to provide just in time delivery of a Continuous Fiber 3D Printer and required ancillary equipment to support the RAPID Innovation Center at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. 3. Instructions: The Government requests interested parties provide the following information (please limit your response to no more than 4 pages): a.
