This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The T-38 Depot (575 AMXS) requires Protective Covers/Guards on Trailing Edges (TEs) of the aircraft's control surfaces as well as for the Speed Brakes and Antennas on the underside of the aircraft. These Guards will be used throughout the aircraft production hangers as well as in the back-shop where they would also be used on "Stand-Alone" Wings and Horizontal Stabilizers.
