Please see all updated documents and Q&A for responses.* The purpose of this listing is to provide a Draft RFP to industry for the Hill AFB Aerospace Ground Equipment 2nd Generation (AGE2) contract (FA8224-21-R-0002). This requirement includes support of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) operations, maintenance, repair, and dispatch services at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), UT, Little Mountain, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR)/Eagle Range, and 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ. UTTR support shall be maintenance only. The contractor shall accomplish all services identified in the PWS attached. AGE shall include all equipment listed in the Contract Workload Estimates, attachments 5a and 5b. The Government is also requesting Industry feedback on the commerciality of this effort. Although AGE requirements at Hill AFB have not been viewed as commercial services in the past, the Government is considering making a commercial determination based on the amount of historical data we have obtained for this effort. Please provide input on the commerciality of the contract from an industry perspective, and any other questions, comments or concerns via the Question and Answer Matrix provided.
