This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Air Force WILL NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. This effort will require purchase and installation of major pieces of equipment as well as some major building repair in order to remove existing aircraft maintenance docks and install new aircraft maintenance docks. The Government's initial focus is to find a company who has the capability, experience, and capacity to design and install an aircraft electronics (avionics) cooling air system to supply cooling air to the aircraft.
