The purpose of this requirement is to provide just in time delivery of aerospace coatings, sealants, and technical assistance to support the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base... The purpose of this requirement is to provide just in time delivery of aerospace coatings, sealants, and technical assistance to support the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah & 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona in accordance with the Statement of Work. The OO-ALC at Hill AFB, UT and AMARG at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ require procurement of various qualified coating, primer and sealant products that form an aerospace coatings and sealants system. Products are manufactured by CAAP Co., Hentzen, Deft/PPG, Akzo Nobel and 3M aerospace coatings and sealant manufacturers. Only products listed on the Qualified Products Lists (QPL’s) referenced are acceptable. These products conform to Military Specifications. The use of these products are directed by various Technical Orders in support of the C-130, F-16, A-10, F-22, F-35, T-38, and B-2 programs, aircraft workload accomplished by OO-ALC at Hill AFB, UT and AMARG at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. Due to the just-in-time delivery, storage requirement, and for technical assistance requirement, an authorized vendor for all aerospace coatings and sealants manufacturers is required by the OO-ALC at Hill AFB, UT and AMARG at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The proposed period of performance would be a 5 year IDIQ from June 6th 2022 – June 5th 2027.
