We apologize for all of the confusion.**** ***The due date for prpoposals has been extended to NLT 2:00PM Mountain Standard Time on 3 November 2020. There will be no more extensions made. Also, I have attched an updated Addendum 1, Addumdum 2 and Question Comment Resolution Matrix.*** **There is an updated version of the PWS, Addendum 1, Addendum 2 and GSE TEP that have been attached along with additional documents such as, the Question Comment Resoution Matrix and Wage Determination.** The purpose of this effort is to provide inspection, maintanece and handling support for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the 575 AMXS, Joint-Base San Antonio Randolph (JBSA-Randolph) Air Force Base (AFB), in support of the T-38 workload. The contractors shall supply skilled labor in support of production operations for depot maintenance. This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining a wide range of GSE for the T-38 workload, to include but not limited to wing sleds used to flip aircraft wings; dollies and racks used to store engines, vertical stabilizers, canopies, wings, belly cradles and cribs used to stabilize aircraft that are not installed in jigs, and fuselage transport sled and dollies. The contractor shall not support USAF-standard Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) that the Government already maintains as part of a Host/Tenant Support Agreement or other equipment that is under manufacturer support contracts/warranty. The proposed contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) servicecontract with a one (1) year base and four (4) one year option periods.
