UPDATE 30 July 2020: Updates have been made to the ATSSI II solicitation at beta.sam.gov. An amendment to the solicitation has been made to incorporate updated provision/clause 52.204-24 and 52.204-25. Proposal Due Date 10 August 2020 @ 12:00 P.M. (MDT). Due to COVID-19 issues with proposal package deliveries, in order to ensure proposals are received by the contracting office, please email the CO and Contract Specialists in advance (preferably 2-3 business days) to notify us when to expect the proposal to arrive, and what method of delivery will be used, (i.e. hand-delivered, Fed-Ex, etc.) Please ensure delivery is specified for the CO and Contract Specialists. UPDATE 23 July 2020: Amendment 01, Amendment 02, and Amendment 03 have been attached along with the updated TEP Matrix, dated 20 July 2020, and the Q&A dated 17 July 2020. UPDATE 22 July 2020: Amendment to the solicitation Section J list of attahments, updates the PWS 21 July 2020, Section L 21 July 2020 and Section M 21 July 2020. Attached is a Q&A document, FA8224-20-R-0009 FINAL RFP QA MATRIX - 15 Jul 2020, and the updated PWS, Attachment 1_ATSSI II PWS - 15 Jul 2020 and Attachment 8_PPI Tool Link that resulted from it. The correct section L has replaced the perviously posted section L. Hill Air Force Base, AFSC OL:H/PZIEB intends to issue a RFP for the acquisition of Automated Test System Sustainment Initiative II (ATSSI II) services under solicitation FA8201-20-R-0009. The anticipated period of performance will be 7 years with the potential for 9 years. The ATSSI II contract is required for the continued development and sustainment of a Depot Technology infrastructure supportive of OO-ALC mission to perform critical test functions important to the ongoing operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness of multiple Air Force weapon systems/subsystems. More detail information can be found in the attached performance work statement (PWS).
