IAW attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide full service maintenance, repair, support and calibration of each model and instrument listed below. The below equipment is located in building 100 Bay E Room 11 and building 505 at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) , Utah. The contractor shall return the system to its original working Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) condition. This instrumentation is used for testing unknowns, plating tank solutions and hazardous waste in various control areas of HAFB. The contractor shall provide the required services in accordance with (IAW) applicable guidance/regulations and/or manufacturer’s maintenance manuals. GENERAL REPAIRS Contractor shall be on-site within 48 hours of Government notification (24 hours preferred) and respond to an unlimited number of service calls and provide telephone support. All parts (excluding consumables) labor, and travel will be included in the contract price. Contractor shall perform one (1) on-site Preventive Maintenance, where applicable per analytical instruments, yearly during the Period of Performance (POP), IAW OEM requirements, and approved by the 809 MXSS Facility Engineer (FE).
