This is an amendment to the original synopsis/solicitation. The OO-ALC Complex Innovation Center is in need of one (1) hand-held 3D Scanner with inspection accessories, control module, and required software as described in the purchase specifications and section D below. This Scanner will allow the innovation center to reverse engineer aircraft and tooling parts. The scanner will allow us to analyze the surface of the part and quickly turn that scanned surface into a 3D model that can then be used to facilitate the end user in having a precise model to the detailed part they have.
