The Co... The Contractor shall be required to perform system support and full service for Alexsys System Team Pro 2. The Contractor shall be provide and maintain all upgrades and components with Alexsys. The Contractor shall accomplish tasks in the following areas: systems integration; process improvements; software reprogramming or adjustments to ensure compatibility with current or future hardware; troubleshooting; identifying, designing, and testing solutions; and revising/updating software documentation. The contactor shall provide technical assistance by telephone to provide troubleshooting/diagnostics and maintenance/repair of problems when found with the Alexsys software. The development and documentation of test plans, procedures and executing system tests shall also be required. All documentation of the installing, maintaining, repairing, and verifying the Alexsys shall be submitted to the government as necessary.
