This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for specific Emerson-manufactured solenoid valves and controllers, which is a sole-source requirement to Rust Automation and Controls Inc. The contractor must deliver the items to the 309th SWEG at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, within 120 days after receipt of order.
