This is a requirement for VTRAT Terrain from BlackShark AI, to be used for simulation mapping with Unreal Engine integration for the 309th Software Directorate. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract, with evaluation conducted on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, where only the lowest-priced proposal is evaluated for technical acceptability. Offers are due via email by 1000 MT on March 31, 2026. All questions must be submitted to the specified point of contact. Responding firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
