Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the United States Government (USG) to form a binding contract.AFLCMC/WLDI is exploring the market for sources and rough order of magnitude (ROM) prices to provide sustainment services in support of the T-1As aircraft for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partner nations. Operators may be in a single country or in multiple countries located in a single or across multiple Combatant Commands (COCOMS). This RFI is being issued to explore non-traditional, innovative, and affordable sustainment solutions to support FMS partner countries operating the T-1A aircraft platform. Support requirements include, but are not limited to, regeneration or refurbishment of the aircraft prior to delivery to country, establishment of initial operational capability (IOC), and follow-on support, such as operations, maintenance, sustainment, repair, and overhaul. Costs associated with suggested solutions are requested to facilitate accomplishment of affordability studies.
