Quote due date has been extended from 9 March to 16 March. Safety supplies, uniforms, generator, aircraft towing tractor, aircraft maintenance items and other listed items to be shipped directly to the American Embassy in Mali. The intent is that there will be only one purchase order issued and it will be to the lowest overall price (LPTA ) full and open competition. Shipping is to be included in with the total prices not as a separate CLIN. Please include your business size standard, cage code and the parts delivery schedules with your quotes. Please note that all these items must be new. Please provide the schedule for deliver with the quote, the country is waiting for these but we are not requesting expedited shipping. The Tow and Generator may require longer lead times so please quote the shipping schedule per item. Standard shipping is usually 30-60 days but this is to an Embassy not a freight forwarder so we are asking that the shipping schedule be quoted as well. Towign Tractor and Generator shipping is 8 months ARO.
