This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information and feedback from potential sources as a part of market research for this Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) effort. This RFI is in preparation for an expected acquisition of the requirement to develop a PS-BCA for the Sentinel program to identify the best product support strategy. For the purpose of the BCA, the Sentinel weapon system includes the the Sentinel and Mk21A Programs. The focus of this effort will be to perform a Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) to compare and contrast various life cycle product support and sustainment Courses Of Actions (COAs) for the Product Support Team/Sentinel and Mk21A programs, assess economic criteria, determine potential COAs and provide recommendations to the Government in support of MS C. Requesting that interested parties annotate themselves as interested to this notice and provide response to the attached RFI questions to support acquisition strategy and requirement development. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is also attached to outline high level objectives and requirements for this effort. No agreements, promises or other commitments are made or implied by the Government. The Government is not responsible or liable for expenditures incurred as the result of this posting.
