911 Sustainment Justification and Approval 8(a)

This requirement is for contractor-provided Tier II/III help desk and on-site dispatch support to sustain 911 software and hardware systems. Services will support systems located within Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) at Department of the Air Force installations and include support for Digital Logging Recorders. The contractor must incorporate the latest JITC and APL-certified software updates and patches. Performance will occur at multiple Air Force Bases.
