This will be a sustainment contract to provide Contract Logistics Support (CLS)... The Government anticipates issuing a new 5 year IDIQ sole source contract to North Point Defense Inc. (Cage Code 6KHL9). This will be a sustainment contract to provide Contract Logistics Support (CLS) and unscheduled maintenance/repairs on various configurations, technologies, and manufacturers of the Archer Atmospheric Early Warning System (AEWS). The Government does not own the rights to the data for the Archer System. Contractors will need to have, or obtain, the technical data, software, code, or systems from the original developer, North Point Defense Inc. (Cage Code 6KHL9). Due to the nature of the rapid fielding of Archer systems, technical data packages, specifications, engineering descriptions, and purchase descriptions other contractors have been deemed not plausible or economically reasonable. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This is not a request for proposal. The Government is not liable for costs associated with preparing a proposal.
