SYNOPSIS: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division Contracting Office (PZZK) intends to negotiate with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Syracuse, New York (CAGE: 03538), on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to acquire services for the maintenance of the AEWS AN/FPS-117 Radar. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be made available through the GPE. Under the contemplated service contract, LMC will provide services to support engineering and maintenance efforts of the radars. LMC will also provide the Government services and onsite technical support to resolve conditions that cannot be repaired field maintenance technicians or online maintenance efforts. The anticipated award date is 21 September 2020; the anticipated line items are: Program Management, LRU Procurement, Software Procurement, Engineering Support, Emergency Support, Data, Travel, Shipping, with three line items listed as options to extend Program Management, Engineering, and Shipping. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement action is 541614. Respondents shall include their assigned Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and indicate if they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business, or service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
