This is an Individual Justification and Approval (J&A) to award a non-competitive action to retain the current services provided under the existing TMOS CLS IDIQ Contract as a bridge contract (AFFARS 5302.101 ). The resultant modification to the base IDIQ will provide continued Contractor Help Desk and Contractor Logistic Support necessary to sustain the TMOS in its current configuration worldwide in accordance with the requirements as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Requirements Document (TRD), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for a period from 22 January 2021 through 07 May 2021. This extension will enable the current TMOS CLS contractor to continue providing sustainment of the fielded AN/TMQ-53 systems. The proposed action is required to retain critical services and prevent a gap in service during a stay of the TMOS CLS IDIQ Follow-on contract performance required by 31 U.S.C. § 3553(d)(3)(A)(I).
