This Draft Solicitation is issued for the purpose of obtaining industry feedback on the Draft RFP and its attachments. This is a Draft RFP issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3 - Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997). The government requests industry review and commments for the Draft RFP, no later than Friday 7 January 2022, 4:00PM MST. The Draft RFP will officially close on 12 January 2022, 2:00PM MST. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
