This Draft Solicitation is issued for the purpose of obtaining industry feedback on the Draft RFP and its attachments. This is a Draft RFP issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3 - Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997). The government requests industry review and commments for the Draft RFP, no later than Friday 7 January 2022, 4:00PM MST. The Draft RFP will officially close on 12 January 2022, 2:00PM MST.
