Please see attachment for FA8217-20-R-5000 P00003. 13 March 2020: Amendment to solicitation clauses DFARS 252.237-7023 and DFARS 252.237-7024. Section L and M have redline additions to review. No other changes have been made as of this date. 13 February 2020: Amendment to add two provisional clauses noted in the attached solicitation. No other changes have been made. 12-20-2019: This amendment corrects the "Labor Classification Key" tab. This tab was not updated correctly in the “Contract Labor Matrix.” The responsibility levels have been removed from the following labor categories: QC Technician Quality Assurance Warehouse Technician Designer Fabricator For clarification purposes only the labor classification key description will be used to define the requirements for the subject labor categories and any other category that does NOT include levels. The labor classification responsibility are only used for labor categories that include levels I, II, & II. 12-19-2019: The following labor categories in the Contract Labor Matrix have been amended: QC Technician I, II, III Quality Assurance I, II, III Warehouse Technician I, II, III Designer I, II, III Fabricator I, II, III For clarification purposes only the solicitation number and title is FA8217-20-R-5000 Solicitation for CRC Contractor Logistic Support for TYQ-23A(V)1. At this time the Government is open to any questions or concerns from industry related to the subject solicitation. The government will have limited access and time due to the holiday and will address any and all questions and concerns within their ability. At this moment in time the solicitation is not extended and the due date is unchanged. 12-6-2019: The effort has been extended until 6 January 2020 for proposals due. Updates include section L and M separate and included in the solicitation, which has also been updated, PWS, CDRLs, Clauses, and Contract Labor Matrix have been updated. The TDP still requires the DD2345 for access to be approved along with the added controlled files of the Technical Order. Questions have also been answered to date. An excel spreadsheet for the Contract Labor Matrix attachment has 4 tabs across the bottom to note and has been updated. Please provide proposals as instructed. This Technical Drawing Package (TDP) is referenced in the PWS section 6.3. The TDP is generally representative of the system but is a snapshot in time and the system is being continuously modified. Please make sure the request for access is accompanied by a complete and current DD2345.
