The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to The Boeing Company for the production and delivery of 25 flight test kit replenishment spares for the Minuteman III ICBM program. The total estimated program value is approximately $955 million, with a performance period from October 2027 through September 2035. Kits will be delivered just-in-time to Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, 120 days prior to scheduled operational test launches. Awarding to any other source would result in an estimated $80 million in duplicate costs and at least a three-year delay. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their capability to the Government.
