The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is seeking to identify potential offerors who possess the below listed minimum required capabilities and who may be interested in competing for the effort to modernize a terrestrial network requiring high Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability (CIA). Minimum capabilities and or experience required: Classified SECRET requirements and technical development. Any contactors that do not have current SECRET clearance will not be considered capable to perform. Design prototype, test and qualify network for deployment within five (5) years Digital engineering Preference for Cameo Reliable and secure network development Application software development based in part on an existing C# application Defensive cyber operations technical capability development that could be based in part on an existing network and security operations center Field to on the order of 100 CONUS and OCONUS locations The AFNWC is requesting a response to the attached questions in a white paper format. This RFI has been updated on 18 Dec 2024 to clarify that no classified documents will be provided to interested vendors at this point.
