(b)Questions and comments will be allowed up until 02 May 2024 12:00pm Mountain Standard time. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***PLEASE PROVIDE ANY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS USING THE COMMENT MATRIX ATTACHED TO THIS POSTING*** SOLICITATION FOR POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS (PCB) REMEDIATION PROGRAM (PCBRP) Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, AFNWC The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) supports all aspects of the MMIII Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and Launch Control Centers (LCCs). Contractor support is required for remediation and disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) within the MAF/LCCs. The program will be supported via a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Material (T&M) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract covering sites located in Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado and California. The contract shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and licensing necessary to perform all aspects of the PCB remediation and disposal. Please carefully review the attached FAR 52.212-1 & 52.212-2 Addendums for instructions on submitting offers. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT: The distribution of the PWS and related documents is limited to contractors with a DD2345 certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service, Joint Certification Program (1-877-352-2255) and who have a legitimate business purpose. As such, the PWS and related documents cannot be provided to a contractor without a certification. Contractors who would like to become certified can find the form and instructions at: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ Interested parties are advised that certification of a DD2345 may take time, so completion and submission of that form as soon as possible is highly recommended. The USAF anticipates moving quickly with this effort. Please respond to this effort at your earliest convenience but no later than the closing date of this solicitation.
