This effort will consist of a conversion of the older (5290-15) BGGs to the latest version (5290-21). Period of performance shall be twelve months from contract award. An initial contract with an option will be awarded. Contract award is estimated in FY20. IAW FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award this contract on a sole source basis to Nammo Talley. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic data interchange. Certain technical or security documents that are required to respond to the solicitation may not be furnished as part of the solicitation.
