This requirement is for the repair of pallets currently located at Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and their shipment to a predetermined location. RTX is a secure facility and access to the pallet location is not allowed unless permitted by RTX. RTX has indicated they have a shipping department and the capabilites to handle the repair and shippment themselves and are not looking to subcontract with a 3rd party. Because access to the facility is restricted, and RTX has demonstrated capabilities on site, the United States Government (USG) intents to award this action as a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract. In order to be considered qualified for tis requirement, all proposals will need to demonstrate that they have access to the RTX facilities. A J&A is attached showing justifcation under FAR 6.302-1. Referenced attached documents will be made available upon request if reasonably needed. See attached for RFP

Because these pallets are currently located at RTX, the United States Governement (USG) intends to award this action as a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract. In order to be considered qualified for this requirement, any interested party would need to be able to have access to the RTX facilities.
