This solicitation is for the Againg and Surveillance test and assessment of the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) Guidance Kits and Laser Sensor Kits for the USAF and USN. The USAF intends to release this RFP to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 76301, based on receiving no responses to the source sought synopsis posted on 4/12/2021 The testing described herein requires access and use of the initial test data performed by The Boeing Company. Amendment 1 of the solicitation has moved the information from Block 12 to Section B to ensure no information is cut off and lost due to document formatting and is the most current version of this solicitation. Amendment 2 of the solicitation has added a reference to CDRL A001 to the description for CLIN 0001 as well as several Clauses that the contract writing system failed to automatically attach. Finally, the prescribed Class Deviation "Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (Deviation 2021-O0009) has been included in compliance to Executive Order 14042. Amendment 3 of the solicitation has updated the SOO.
