Pre-Solicitation Notice FA821324R3XXX Description: The Maverick Sustainment Repair and Missile System Support Contract will provide Evaluation and repair of AGM-65L LASER GCS units AGM-65H2/K2 Charge Coupled Device (CCD) GCS units, and AGM-65D/G/G2 Imaging Infrared (IIR) GCS units, cryoengines & detectors. The contractor will provide support needed in solving problems or resolving issues with system engineering, system safety, configuration management, cyber security and all other related technical issues as they occur. This is a Requirements contract with an Ordering Period from September 2024 to September 2027. Contract Line Item Number 0001: Maverick Engineering Services and Sustainment, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract Line Item Number 0002: Maverick Repair, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Number 0003: Data, NSP The agency intends to award a Sole Source contract to Raytheon, the reason for lack of competitions is: 1. The government does not own the technical data rights to this system. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The requirement data to respond to this pre-solicitation will not be published publicly, inquire with point of contact listed to request requirement data. All certified US contractors may request this data. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this Pre-solicitation or any upcoming solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this pre-solicitation notice either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this pre-solicitation or any upcoming solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs.
