This notice is not a solicitation, but rather a pre-solicitation synopsis in support of the U-2 Aircraft. The estimated award date is approximately August 2023. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This competitive action is restricted to the following qualified vendor: Rockwell Collins, Inc., CAGE: 13499 The proposed solicitation FA8213-23-R-3026 is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately June 28, 2023. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firms listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
